Fr. O'Connor - What Now God? Spirituality & the Second Half of Life

As Advent ushers in a new liturgical year, the second half of life offers new beginnings. Change can be easy or hard, grace-filled or empty. Fr. Paul O’Connor, S.J., using the wisdom of St. Ignatius of Loyola and others, will help us reflect on the dynamics of: Who am I now? Do I change jobs, retire, volunteer? What about my children, empty nest? Caregiving or needing care? How do I deal with loss, transitions, change? Fr. Paul graduated from St. Raphael and St. Ignatius High Schools, taught Theology, coached sports, then transitioned into a new career. Experienced homeless, he now serves as a caregiver to his father and is currently a Spiritual Director and the Director of Mission & Identity for the Jesuit Retreat Center in Parma.
